Psychotherapy and
Counseling
Psychotherapy and mental health counseling aims to address any concerns related to mental health, life and relational stressors, and personal well-being. It is a professional relationship where a trained therapist collaborates with the client to explore their concerns, alleviate distress, and facilitate healing, growth, and well-being.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
― Carl R. Rogers, On Becoming a Person
