Mansi Aggarwal

PSYCHOTHERAPIST | RESEARCHER

BA (Hons.) - Psychology, MA Psychology (Clinical), Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical and Applied Hypnosis

Mansi Aggarwal is a mental health professional with 5+ years of demonstrated experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and scientific research. She is highly skilled in psychotherapeutic interventions, creating quality and ethical research frameworks, content development, and strategic skill building.

Mansi works with clients in her telehealth practice to enhance self-efficacy, life quality, and psychosocial functioning so that they can strive towards living their authentic lives. She uses an eclectic psychotherapeutic approach from the lens of trauma-informed care and social justice. Her areas of expertise include trauma, interpersonal relationships, work & life-related stressors, identity & sexuality-related concerns, and grief.

As a psychotherapist, Mansi values nuances of human behavior above everything else - for her, context is the key – and she invites her clients to explore their life experiences on their own terms and at their own pace. According to her, when she displays curiosity, respect, and openness towards understanding a person’s world, it builds a space where transformations happen, and the client can maximize their potential to lead their authentic lives. Along with striving toward therapy goals, Mansi co-creates a space with her clients that offers ease, gentleness, and compassion in their healing journeys. In research, her work and interest lie in understanding trauma, grief, and lived experiences.

Lekha Amin

PSYCHOLOGIST | RESEARCHER

BA (Hons.) - Psychology, MA Psychology (Clinical)
MPH Candidate at Boston University School of Public Health

Lekha Amin is a mental health practitioner trained in psychotherapy, psychometrics, and scientific research. With 3 years of experience, Lekha adopts a client-centric orientation in therapy.

Human emotions are complex, often overpowering an individual’s ability to see through hard situations. Lekha believes that her clients usually know what is best for them but are just struggling to reach there. Using a cognitive behavioral and emotion focussed approach, she creates a safe, collaborative environment where the client can ponder, deliberate, and navigate difficult life experiences to strive toward their goals.

Lekha’s research interests lie at the intersection of clinical, affective, and health psychology. She is fascinated by how individuals regulate emotions, and their impact on psychophysiological health, interpersonal relationships, and stress management.

She is currently an MPH candidate at the Boston University School of Public Health.
