Supervision & Trainings
Our supervision, trainings, and workshops provide a reflective, supportive environment where mental health professionals can enhance clinical competence, cultivate professional identity, and build professional community.

Professional Supervision for MHPs
Professional supervision is a regular, structured, and collaborative space where you and your supervisor come together to reflect on your work.

Think of supervision as a cornerstone of a thoughtful, competent, and ethically grounded psychotherapy practice. It’s a safe space to explore challenges, refine your skills, build confidence in your clinical decisions, and nurture your unique identity as a therapist.

About Your Supervisor: Mansi is certified in Professional Supervision and accredited by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Indian Academy of Professional Supervisors (IAPS). She co-runs a peer consultation group, provides training and supervision within a hypnotherapy course, and engages in supervision herself as part of her ongoing commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
Trainings & Workshops for MHPs
Ongoing learning is key to professional growth as a mental health practitioner. Our trainings and workshops draw on relational, psychodynamic, and somatic frameworks and are grounded in a rights-based approach. They are designed to be engaging, practical, and theory-rich, using multiple learning formats that make it easy to apply what you learn in your work with clients.

Community Spaces & Events
Our community spaces and events are designed to co-create a safe environment where people can reflect on their experiences, learn personalized, actionable, and research-based tools to enhance their psychological capacity, and nurture self-efficacy, well-being, and a sense of community.

These spaces embody Sehjeevan’s values of compassion, care, and community, where each individual experience is held with care and respect to co-create community knowledge and wellbeing.

Some examples of the spaces we’ve hosted include: Maitri (Friendship), a community art-sharing space; listening circles; capacity building workshops like Neev (Foundation) – value-centric goal-setting; and How to Self-Care? – building a nurturing relationship with self; all designed to support reflection, learning, and connection within the community.
